Breaking Post-Workout Bad Habits

Whether your preferred exercise is running, aerobic workouts, lifting, etc, be sure you aren't keeping bad habits that prevent your body from recuperating. This article, although geared to running, can definitely be applied to all aspects of physical routines. Our bodies can be pushed to great limits during the workout, but unless allowed the necessary rest and nourishment, we won't reach our full potential.
